Qualified Speech and Language Therapist - Full Time (Canterbury)

Key Responsibilities:

• Early identification and assessment of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop tailored strategies to support children's individual needs.
• Provide direct intervention and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective support.
• Collaborate with class teachers to integrate strategies within the classroom.
• Work closely with families, providing advice and strategies for home support.
• Support and guide teaching assistants in delivering interventions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals and work alongside the school's SENDCo to manage the caseload.
