Permanent role based in Hampshire
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Our well established client are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and co-ordinates the implementation of individual treatment plans for speech and language therapy services ensuring treatments, activities and interventions are delivered through effective application and communication.
• Receive and respond promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions on and individual or group basis.
• Maintain accurate and timely records detailing each patient s rehabilitation / progress.
• Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patients rehabilitation.
• Provide written and verbal reports as appropriate, enabling all parties involved to fully understand the nature of the persons' communication and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• HCPC registered
• Full RCSLT membership
• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
• Experience in managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
