Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Mentor will be working on 1:1 basis in supporting a Reception aged pupil with SEMH and SEND needs. The desired candidate will need to have had significant experience supporting with children with SEMH needs and a real desire to make a difference. You will support pupils in class as well as implement individual behaviour plans (SEMH plans) set by the SENCO and fellow members of the pastoral team.This school is a One-form school located in a rural area of Leeds.
