  <p>The successful applicant will join a team of passionate and experienced Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Mental Health Practitioners and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists; assisting treatment protocols for the service.</p> <p>The post holder will support the team in providing a trauma informed service, which includes:</p> <ul>  <li>The running of groups (preparation sessions).</li>  <li>Co-facilitating other treatment groups where required</li>  <li>Individual stabilization work where required.</li>  <li>Supporting the team with initial assessments where required.</li>  <li>Undertaking projects relating to service development and evaluation focussing on the outcomes of the team's clinical work.</li>  <li>Supporting literature reviews and evidence based practice where required.</li>  <li>Designing and managing databases, spreadsheets and using advanced IT skills in evaluations and audits.</li>  <li>Liaising with 3rd sector organisations to assist the service in its co-production, including running focus group with service users.</li>  <li>Assisting service promotion where required.</li> </ul>   <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>Derby City and South Derbyshire CAMHS are incredibly excited to be expanding and developing our Peer Support Worker Team who will also lead in co-production and participation across all service levels.</p> <p>Working across the CAMHS teams, the appointed candidate will work as a CAMHS Peer Support Worker to directly support service users in achieving their treatment goals and engaging in agreed care plans. The direct work may be one to one or in a group setting. Peer Groups will be lead by the peer support worker and therapeutic groups will be co-facilitated. The role will also endeavour to ensure that the principles of participation and co-production remain at the heart of our service, and that all involvement projects remain meaningful and appropriate. The appointed candidate will ensure that service that children, young people and families are heard, acknowledged and represented at all stages of care and within all service evaluation and developments.</p>

  <p>The CAMHS Peer Support worker will work within the MDT supporting and treating Children and Young People accessing mental health services. CAMHS Peer Support Worker

  <p>The peer support worker (PSW) will work as an integral part of the Derbyshire Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion Team. The service provides early intervention to address health and social inequalities to reduce re-offending behaviours. The PSW will work with individuals to provide peer support and practical assistance to allow service users to participate in their own unique recovery journey for service users with complex needs who are in contact with the criminal justice system to receive enhanced support through appropriate diversion pathways.</p>

You will be working with a case load of men, supporting them through psychosocial treatment for their substance misuse.</p> <p>HMP Stocken is a male Cat C prison and the Inclusion SMS team support the population by offering support for drug/alcohol issues.</p> <p>You would be joining a busy, established team who would support you in your new role. This is an energetic role for an individual who is passionate about providing good quality substance misuse support within a busy and rewarding environment. The variety of the role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive team with effective management providing supervision and guidance.</p>      <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the Inclusion Substance Misuse Team you would hold a case load of service users and appropriately manage your time to support their pathway through treatment, building care plans to support the service users throughout their journey.</p>
<p>Your main duties will include completing assessments and care planning, 1:1 structured work, delivering group interventions, supporting men through detox, comprehensive case notes, report writing and supporting men to achieve their care plan targets.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To work as a Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist as part of psychological therapy and psychology services within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and care pathways.</p><p>To provide a comprehensive, highly specialist cognitive behavioural psychotherapy service to young people with complex problems for which CBT is evidenced to be clinically effective.

This includes working with children and adolescents who may present with severe and treatment resistant disorders with co-existing conditions.</p><p>To use a broad theoretical knowledge base to provide specialist cognitive behavioural assessments and formulations that inform highly skilled CBT interventions.</p><p>To work as a highly skilled autonomous practitioner, managing a caseload under clinical and case management supervision. To offer consultation and guidance to other mental health professionals, other treatment pathways and community colleagues.</p><p>To contribute to the ongoing development of CBT practice taking into account advances in treatment, theory and research.</p><p>This post requires in-person attendance at clinics, meetings, assessments and liaison with other professionals, which could include attending MDT meetings, for example Strat meetings, child in need and more.
