Recovery Worker

Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to work as a Night Recovery Worker for a supported accommodation service in Cumbria? Working for an established and progressive organisation who provide support to people who may have mental health, drug &amp; alcohol issues and within various settings including residential, supported accommodation and crisis services. We're seeking a skilled Waking Night Recovery worker to work on a part time basis covering nights within the service. The role:<ul><li>To work within a 6 bedded supported living service in Penrith for adults who may present with mental health issues including schizophrenia, personality disorder, mental health disorders.</li><li>Work on a rolling rota basis covering 22.5 hours per week (phone number removed)am including occasional weekends.</li><li>Duties will include building checks, writing case notes, dealing with any situations where needed with residents and actioning any medication requirements.</li><li>Cleaning duties where required and working on a lone basis.</li><li>Dealing with any other duties that will support the service and adhering to all policies and procedures.</li></ul>The ideal candidate:<ul><li>You will ideally have some experience of working within a similar setting and have knowledge of supporting adults with mental health issues.</li><li>You will be a good team player and be flexible to work on a rolling rota, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.</li><li>You will have knowledge of delivering medication where needed and have excellent IT skills.</li></ul> The Good bit:<ul><li>Excellent training package and induction</li><li>Support and working within a collaborative team environment</li><li>Pension, annual leave and scope for career development</li><li> 15 extra payment per night shift workedz</li></ul>Sound interested?
