An XML feed connects two websites allowing information to be copied from one website to the other automatically. The feed is a structured, machine-readable file that allows websites or applications to automatically exchange data, like job postings, in a standardised format.
We offer the option to import your vacancies to our platform, or export vacancies listed with harmonia to your website.
How does it work?
Our trusted third party developer will review your website and configure a feed to automate imported or exported jobs.
Import Feed
To create an import feed, you just need provide a few simple set up details and a link to where your vacancies are hosted online. From there, our trusted third-party developers will review your website and configure a feed to automatically display your vacancies on our platform.
The XML file is created by 'scraping' the content from the frontend of your website and is automatically matched to our taxonomies and search filters to optimise your content in our search filters.
Once set up, the feed will automatically import new jobs from your site and publish them on harmonia careers. Vacancies will be automatically unpublished when they are removed from your site.
The automation is set up in 'real-time' so will update throughout the day, 7 days a week, ensuring your listings are always live and relevant.
Export Feed
If you want to enhance your existing website or jobs board, this feature is perfect for you. The job export is typically used to export job data to our collaborators, but is available for anyone who is interested on a CPC basis.
To create an export feed, you just need provide a few simple set up details and let us know what you want in your feed.
From there, our developers will review your request and configure a feed to automatically export relevant vacancies in an XML file link for you to integrate on your site.
The automation is set up in 'real-time' so will update throughout the day, 7 days a week, ensuring the listings included are always live and relevant.
