These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harmonia Careers Ltd Platform ("Platform"), including all content, features, and services provided by us. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any aspect of these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

  1. Use of the Platform:

    A. The Platform is intended for use by individuals seeking career opportunities, ("Applicants") and organisations offering such opportunities (“Recruiters").

    B. Applicants agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of seeking the advertised opportunities, and agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

    C. Recruiters agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of posting legitimate advertisements and agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

  2. Eligibility:

    A. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom & ROI and meet any specific requirements outlined by recruiters advertising on the Platform.

    B. Recruiters must be authorised representatives of organisations or companies offering legitimate recruitment opportunities in the United Kingdom & ROI.

  3. User Accounts:

    A. In order to access certain features of the Platform, Applicants and Recruiters may be required to create an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

    B. Applicants and Recruiters agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

    C. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and access to the Platform at our discretion, including but not limited to accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive activities.

  4. Posting Content:

    A. Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their advertisements advertised on the Platform.

    B. Recruiters agree not to advertise content that is false, misleading or discriminatory, or that violates any applicable UK laws or regulations.

    C. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content advertised on the Platform that we deem inappropriate, in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason, without liability to the User.

  5. Application Process:

    A. Applicants must submit accurate and truthful information when applying for opportunities advertised on the Platform.

    B. Applicants must adhere to any specific application instructions provided by Recruiters.

    C. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or acceptance of a role as a result of your application via our Platform.

  6. Payment Terms:

    A. All invoices issued by Platform must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment within this period may result in the suspension or termination of services.

    B. Users pay only for the specific services they choose, such as vacancy postings and any applicable upgrades. The fees for these services are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the options selected.

    C. Payments for services can be made using the following methods:

    1. Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards.
    2. BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services): Direct bank transfers can be made to our designated account. Details for BACS payments will be provided on the invoice.

    D. Late Payments

    1. If payment is not received within the 28-day period, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% per month from the due date until the date of actual payment.
    2. Continued failure to pay may result in further actions, including but not limited to, legal proceedings and reporting to credit agencies.

  1. Intellectual Property:

    A. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    B. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its contents without our prior written consent.

  2. Privacy:

    A. Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    B. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  3. Disclaimer of Warranties:

    A. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

    B. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

  4. Limitation of Liability:

    A. We do not endorse, guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted on our Platform.

    B. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Platform.

  5. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

    A. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    B. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

  2. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
