Academy Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist Watford Football Club

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Academy Sport Science & Medical Department at Watford Football Club. We are looking to recruit an Academy Therapist / Physiotherapist to be a part of a forward-thinking team responsible for providing medical care to all players in the U9-U16 age groups.
The successful candidates will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, and flexible to the requirements of the role and the business.
Applicants should ideally live locally in Watford, London Colney or the surrounding areas and be a UK resident or non-UK resident with a valid UK work permit.
You must have:
- Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or graduated Sports Therapist
- Hold a ITMMiF qualification or equivalent trauma training qualification
- Have a valid FA Safeguarding certificate
- Experience of working within a medical setup in youth sport
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment and operate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary support team
- Full UK driving licence or ability to travel to various locations due to the demands of the role
- Understanding of the Club's commitment to EDI & Safeguarding
You would ideally have, but not vital:
- Hold a ATMMiF qualification or equivalent
- Experience using Vald and Teambuildr software
