BRC are hiring Support Worker s across the whole of the South West. BRC are specialists in the supported housing sector with over 25 years experience working and building relationships with leading housing associations, charities, and local authorities across the UK.
The relief team supply ad-hoc staff to organisations supporting vulnerable people including homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and young person s support. Shifts may include covering sickness, annual leave and additional cover needs. BRC also actively recruit on the temporary and contract basis within support and housing so if this post is not for you then BRC would still love to hear from you.

To be a successful relief support worker you ll need:
- - Experience supporting young people in project-based settings, helping overcome challenges.
- - Strong communication.
- - Flexibility to work varying shifts.
- - Proactive nature.
- - To be able to encourage and promote a safe environment for young people.
- - Full UK Driving License
- - Access to own vehicle
