Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is permanent, ideally full-time, 5 days per week.
Hybrid working with on-site and remote working.

The Job Role Includes:
- Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies.
- Maintain wellbeing education and awareness.
- Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts.
- Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification.
- Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects.
- Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support.
