Mental Health Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for support workers for a residential home based in Coventry which supports residents 18+ with mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with learning disabilities
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Buccal Midazolam Training
• CPI Training
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage New skill development
• Attending appointments
• Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
• Measure and record patients vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
