Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Grade 8 Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing specialized support and rehabilitation for adults with diverse needs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals, promoting independence, and facilitating their reintegration into daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Intervention:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support physical, mental, and social well-being.

- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective monitoring of progress.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care.

Therapeutic Programs:
- Design and lead group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at skill development and community reintegration.
- Utilize adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to enhance clients' functional abilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant post-qualification experience in adult mental health or physical rehabilitation settings.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans.
