Job Description Join our dynamic Personal Wellbeing services, commissioned by HMPPS, and help support adult male ex-offenders across four key pathways:<ul><li>Family and Significant Others</li><li>Lifestyle and Associates</li><li>Social Inclusion</li></ul>As a Wellbeing Practitioner - Prison Lead, you will manage a caseload of service users, conducting assessments and delivering one-to-one and group interventions. You'll work in close collaboration with HMPPS, voluntary organizations, and other justice partners to help individuals rehabilitate, reduce risks, and build better futures.You will be based at one of our hubs with regular travel across your designated cluster. Available hubs: Tottenham, Croydon, Romford, Canning Town, Kings Cross, Brixton, Ealing, and Lewisham. (Please indicate your preferred base in your application.)
