Job Title: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Coventry. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li> Deliver evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients with a range of mental health needs, working within NHS guidelines. </li> <li> Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions tailored to individual needs. </li> <li> Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to patient care plans and outcomes. </li> </ul> Position Details: <ul> <li>Location: Coventry</li> <li>Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week</li> <li>Contract Duration: 12 months from start date</li> <li>Rate: 30.44 per hour</li> <li>Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Professional qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, mental health nursing, psychotherapy, or a related field (desirable)</li> <li>Post Graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy</li> <li>Full accreditation in CBT, including those who completed post-graduate training via the KSA route</li> </ul> How to Apply: If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV.
