They are invited to attend Ward Reviews and CPA meetings to ensure clear communication throughout the care pathway in order to promote individuals' recovery and facilitate discharge.What does the role look like?You will care for patients referred to the unit from local NHS trusts and those further afield. During working hours, you will be responsible for clerking in new patients and reviewing their mental/physical state throughout the working week. You will be also take responsibility for attending and contributing to tribunals and working with the wider MDT to ensure treatment plans are formulated, executed and frequently reviewed.General working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00, with potential flexibility offered.
