The ATS is a friendly, well regarded multidisciplinary team that delivers specialist support and clinical interventions to adults with severe and complex mental health difficulties. This post provides an exciting opportunity for someone with sound clinical experience, looking to develop and broaden their specialist therapy skills and progress their multidisciplinary team working, supervision, training and leadership roles. The post will offer the opportunity for developing skills in partnership working as we move towards developing our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams and increase access to psychologically informed interventions as part of community transformation and PT-SMHP developments.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide a high quality, specialist applied psychology service to clients, their families or carers, where there are complex and comorbid presentations. They will have assessment, intervention and formulation skills in a range of psychological models, including CBT and attachment-based models. The post holder will be expected to take a clinical leadership roleand to have supervisory experience. They will be responsible for the supervision of Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Trainees and Psychology Graduate Volunteers and will support psychological practice within the wider team through consultation, supervision, formulation and training. They will utilise research skills for audit and research within the area and contribute to service improvement and development.</p> <p>There will be opportunities to lead on pathway developments as part of the transformation developing the psychological offer and supporting the MDT in psychological thinking. As such we would welcome applicants from anyone with specific interest in psychosis, trauma, emotional intensity or particular therapy approach such as CBT, Family work, CAT or EMDR.</p>

  <p>Northumberland Talking Therapies has an exciting opportunity to recruit a qualified PWP who holds accreditation with either the BABCP or BPS and is keen to develop their skills and experience within our
organisation, working to
deliver low intensity service provision to residents from the Northumberland
area. The position can be offered as a minimum of 22.5 hours or up to and including full time.</p><p>Although our PWPs currently work a combination of home based days and office days, we regret we are not able to offer a fully remote position.</p><p>The
post-holder will work within a service where caseload is monitored on booked

  <p>Are you a highly specialist practitioner psychologist looking to work within the acute hospital setting with the liaison psychiatry team? In this 3 days per week post, which can be flexible (but must include a Thursday). You set up and run family therapy clinics across the county dependant on our client need geography.   <p>We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our dynamic Diabetes Psychology Team (30 hours per week).</p> <p>If you are an enthusiastic and motivated clinician with experience in working with people with diabetes or Long-Term Conditions (LTC), and you are passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and service development, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills within a multidisciplinary team and be involved in a key service development project. Regular supervision will be provided.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for delivering a specialist psychology service to patients living with Type 2 diabetes in Well Street Common PCN and Hackney Marshes PCN.</p> <p>Your work within the Diabetes Psychology team will be central to improving patient engagement, self-management, and overall outcomes, with a specific focus on addressing health inequalities. This includes identifying and working with patients who struggle to attend appointments, as well as providing one-to-one and group-based support for individuals struggling with diabetes related distress. Senior Primary Care Counsellor

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) service is an exciting initiative in the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) commissioning area. It is part of the Government's response to the 2017 Green Paper to increase access to mental health support by delivering evidence-based early interventions in educational settings for children and young people (CYP) presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.</p> <p>The post holder will work as an autonomous and responsible EMHP while also offering supervision within the scope of the MHST initiative.</p> <p>The post holder will work in partnership with schools to deliver a range of mental health interventions within school settings. This may involve group work or direct work with children and young people, as well as offering mental health-based consultation and advice to teaching staff.</p> <p>The post holder will ensure the effective coordination of clinical care provided within schools, including consideration of safeguarding and clinical risk issues where indicated.</p> <p>The post holder will contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision and caseload management to trainee and qualified EMHPs.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for clinical skills supervision and caseload management supervision of EMHPs within the MHST.</p>

  <p><strong>Therapeutic Assessment and Intervention:</strong></p>
<p>Assess and deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working at all times in collaboration with and giving respect to the education function of the setting inwhich the post-holder is working.</p>
<p>Facilitate fair access to services and promote social inclusion regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or disability.</p>
<p><strong>Supervision:</strong></p>
<p>Deliver clinical supervision to supervisee's on a scheduled basis to ensure safe practice and the governance obligations of the MHST service are adhered to.</p>
