Senior Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing Manager

We are currently working with a successful professional services client who is looking to hire a Senior Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing Manager due to business growth. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programmes. Candidates must have experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably including experience in wellbeing programmes.


Duties to include:
  1. Review of the current reward strategy.
  2. Salary Benchmarking.
  3. Supporting senior stakeholders within the business.
  4. Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  5. Build relationships with external benefit suppliers.
  6. Research and renewal of all company benefits.
  7. Collaborate with senior stakeholders on Wellbeing goals across the business.
  8. Maintain an annual calendar of wellbeing activities to ensure employees feel valued.
  9. Prepare annual forecast budget for all compensation and benefits.

Candidates will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, ideally with 10+ years of experience. Experience within professional services would be advantageous.

This role is a full-time, permanent position that will require office presence for the first 4 weeks during training. After that, agile working will be offered (discretionary).
