About the role

• Act as the central point of contact for people interested in our wide range of supplements and health and biohacking treatments
• Provide enthusiastic, professional consultations and sales with a focus on high-quality customer interactions
• Advise customers on premium micronutrients, their properties, applications, and quality criteria
• Support the organisation and administration of the BIOGENA store and biohacking treatments to ensure smooth operation
• Conduct biohacking treatments, schedule appointments, receive and support clients

About you

• Certified professionals in pharmacy, nutritional science, or biology, trained retail salesmen, as well as newcomers with sales skills and a genuine interest in the health sector
• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and face-to-face interactions, strong social and hospitality skills
• Passionate interest in micronutrients, nutrition, and health, coupled with a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop
• Capability of working autonomously and in a team, high level of commitment, hands-on mentality, and a high commercial drive

Working time

Full- or part-time (from 25 hours)

Salary: The annual gross pay for this full-time position is £27,000. We are willing to negotiate salary for the candidate with the respective qualifications and professional experience.
