We are embarking on an ambitious and exciting growth plan and we're hiring for a range of roles to support this.Cognitive Behavioural TherapistTaking charge of your own client businesses, you will work independently to deliver on-site CBT sessions to staff, while working in partnership with our office team to track progress and deliver wider support materials such as workshops, guides and email content. This is an exciting and enjoyable role which offers the right therapist the chance to contribute to wellbeing across their client organisations, making lasting and meaningful change to a wide range of individuals both within and outside of CBT sessions.ResponsibilitiesSession Delivery<ul><li>Delivery of weekly private CBT sessions face to face on client premises.</li><li>Maintenance of accurate and up to date case records to enable monitoring, analysis and reporting.</li><li>We prioritise the wellbeing of our team and work hard to ensure you're able to deliver high quality therapy without compromising your own wellbeing. We maintain a manageable level of sessions daily with plenty of independence and flexibility in treatment processes, while supporting you with group and private supervision, as well as paid self-care time each week.</li></ul>The Wider Service<ul><li>Creation and delivery of additional content to support and promote your in-house work. This content will be designed to meet the needs you identify across your client businesses, and could include workshops, emails and guides, with the support of our marketing team.</li></ul>Client Management<ul><li>Participation in meetings with client HR contacts and others to discuss the service. This is a great opportunity to influence organisational policies and approaches to wellbeing, working to inform and encourage change which may benefit your clients and reduce stigma around mental health.</li></ul>Team Participation<ul><li>Whilst the role requires therapists to work independently within their client businesses, we work hard to ensure you feel part of the wider team and understand how your work contributes to the whole. You will participate in weekly group supervision and debriefing sessions, as well as planning sessions to support your Wider Service role. Wellbeing Practitioner- Prison Lead

Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct specialist CBT assessments for individuals with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and OSFED.</li> <li>Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions, including CBT-E (Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders).</li> <li>Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, and social workers.</li> <li>Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to the needs of service users.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.</li> <li>Provide psychoeducation and support to service users, families, and carers.</li> <li>Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.</li> <li>Contribute to service development, training, and supervision of junior staff or trainees.</li> <li>Liaise with external agencies, including GPs, community mental health teams, and inpatient services.</li> </ul> Essential Requirements: <ul> <li>Accredited with BABCP (or working towards accreditation).</li> <li>Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience working with individuals with eating disorders in a clinical setting.</li> <li>Strong understanding of CBT-E and NICE guidelines for eating disorders.</li> <li>Excellent risk assessment and safeguarding knowledge.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with service users and families.</li> </ul>
