We ensure that people often excluded from mainstream services gain the support and opportunities they need to create a safe, healthy and sustainable life away from the streets.About the role:<ul><li>Provide psychotherapy sessions on outreach in Newham.</li><li>Flexible approach to meeting vulnerable clients.</li><li>Deliver specialised outreach psychotherapy to individuals in Newham, focusing particularly on those who are or have been rough sleepers.</li><li>Work collaboratively with Street Outreach Response Teams and other specialist agencies.</li><li>Offer both formal psychotherapy sessions and informal support, adapting to clients' needs in terms of scheduling and locations.</li><li>Conduct street shifts alongside the commissioned Outreach Service, introducing and promoting our service to potential clients.</li><li>Support individuals transitioning into emergency, temporary, or long-term accommodation.</li></ul>In order to support the achievement of these aims, the outreach psychotherapist will be responsible for managing a caseload of 12 clients per week, attending MDTs, team meetings, and any mandatory multidisciplinary meetings.
